What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies, usually around 2-3 weeks. I will keep you updated on the status of your gallery after the shoot. If you need your photos urgently, an expedited fee can be added to your invoice before the shoot. Please communicate your deadline for timely delivery!

Fort Collins, Colorado.

Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellation policy

Weddings & Elopements: Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the non-refundable retainer is paid. Because I only take a limited number of weddings and turn away other inquiries once a date is booked, the retainer cannot be refunded if the event is cancelled. Cancellations within 90 days of the event are non-refundable, and invoice still must be paid in full by due date.

If your plans change, I’m always happy to work with you. Your retainer can transfer to a new date within 12 months, as long as I’m available. If I’m already booked on the new date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation. If your wedding is moved to a different year or season, updated pricing may apply.

Other Photography Sessions: Life happens, weather gets bad and people get sick. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 hours before the session. Any request made within 3 hours is considered a same-day cancellation. Same-day cancellations: All payments and retainers are non-refundable, and Photographer is not required to reschedule."

Do you have a contract?

Yes!

How many photos will i recieve? 

Unlimited! I do not limit the amount of photos because some photoshoots are more creative than others, and i also do NOT charge per photo. I give you the most for your money. Minimum photos back is 40.

Payment?

I send out an invoice via email, you can pay via credit card. I also take cash or Venmo if you prefer. 
Retainer is due at booking for all photoshoots. Retainer is usually 50%.
The rest of the total price is due by photoshoot date. 

Do you provide raws images?

No, for example: I would not have anyone purchase a painting of mine and only paint half the picture. My job and artwork means completing photos to my best ability and editing to my standards!

If I trade with a photographer, I am willing to give out RAW images.
